	This position performs professional and technical work in computer systems analysis, design, and programming for the Office of the State Treasurer. An employee in this class is responsible for assisting in the analysis, design, and programming of limited complexity in a midrange/server and/or microcomputer environment using SSMS, RS, IS, AS, T-SQL Server, Visual Studio.NET, VS2005, VS2008, Source Safe, Sharepoint, Visual Basic and/or Microsoft Access or similar tools.
