Applications for Borrowers

Complete one of the short and easy Missouri Linked Deposit Program applications or apply in person at a participating lender. Make sure to fill in or check all portions on the form. Submit the application to any participating lender. The lender will forward the application to State Treasurer Clint Zweifel’s office. The lender, subject to its standard credit policy, determines loan approval.
